Thanks to Matt I didn’t have to buy a new Saniflo as he was able to repair it despite its age! He was due to come to me before Christmas (yes it was decided to pack up a week before Christmas day) but was unable to get to me on the arranged day due to flooding in my area! However, he kept in touch and booked me in for after Christmas and to my relief was able to clean and fix it.

He also advised me about what products to use to clean and descale the unit, something I’d not been told before. Many thanks, Matt. I know where to come if I have any problems in the future.
